Hovercraft

Hovercrafts handle completely differently from all other motorised vehicles and will give you a truly unique driving experience. You will glide on a cushion of air and be able to powerslide across land or water. However, some skill is needed to control the hovercraft as they require precise handling and you need to think ahead if you are going to negotiate obstacles successfully. You will be timed as you try to complete the course but to be honest, just getting round will be a big accomplishment as they never seem to go where you want them to.

Extra Information

  • Wear comfortable clothing that’s appropriate for the time of year.
  • No driving licence or experience required.
  • As only one person can drive at a time we recommend that larger groups choose a second activity to ensure that the whole group is kept active
  • Alcohol may not be consumed before or during this event
