Take advantage of a spectacular privately owned beach that has all the natural facilities needed to engage in a selection of adrenaline laced outdoor activities. Test your nerves with a combination of thrilling activities that include Europe’s longest, highest and fastest zip wire, abseiling down cliffs, an assault course, a 45 degree cliff descent, a tightrope walk across the cliff tops and finally a beach caving experience known ominously as the Rat Run.

Instructors will be with you at all times and in between activities you will be able to relax on a private beach with a restaurant bar offering plenty of refreshment throughout the day.

I wanted to let you know what a great time we had. Paintballing went down very well with lots of bruises to show for it. Boys had a beano although by the end the concensus was once every ten years is ample Ha. Evening went better than I could have imagined. Think the hotel was a waste of money purely because they weren't in it for more than 3 hours. For 6.30 till 10 I could have stuck em on the beach. Apparently the girls in Wiggle were perfect and one of the lads fell "in love"...All in all we had a 21st weekend to remember. Thank you for all your help.
