When should I book my stag / hen weekend?
The earlier you book the more chance we have of securing you the best hotels and your preferred activities. Most stag and hen parties book 2-3 months in advance but even if you are booking last minute we can normally work out a package that you will be pleased with.

When do I need to confirm final numbers?
We do not need exact numbers until 6 weeks prior to your stag or hen do. We suggest that you book for the maximum that you are expecting to come as it is always easier to reduce numbers than it is to increase them. A few suppliers require a payment at the time of booking and so we would need confirmed numbers and a deposit per person at the time of booking to confirm these.

What happens if anyone drops out?
You can change your numbers free of charge up to 6 weeks prior to your stag or hen weekend. If anyone drops out within 6 weeks the booking is non-refundable.

Are there any minimum or maximum numbers?
There are no maximum numbers and we have arranged stag and hen weekends for up to 50 people. The minimum number required for an Escape package is 6 people.

Are there any minimum stays for your stag and hen weekend packages?

We can normally get one night stays in most locations. However, this gets tricky in the summer months at the popular seaside resorts. We can normally find a hotel, but there is less choice and hotels tend to charge more for a 1 night stay.

How much deposit is needed?
A one-off deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. Sometimes a further deposit may be required to secure non-refundable tickets e.g. horse racing and there are a few accommodation providers who require a deposit before they will confirm a booking.

When do I need to make final payment?

Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to your event.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online or over the phone with all major credit and debit cards. We also accept BACS transfers.

Can I change any of the ready made packages?
Absolutely! All of our stag and hen weekend packages can be tweaked until you've got the perfect package for your group. You can leave out or add activities, change the hotel and even rearrange when you would like to do an activity. Nothing is set in stone, so just tell us what you have in mind.

A few members of the party can’t make it for the whole weekend. Can they still come?
No problem! We are happy to work out an alternative price for people that can’t do every part of the stag or hen do.

What standard of hotels do you use?
We have hotels to suit every budget. There are central budget hotels for groups that want to keep the cost down and we also have a good selection of economy (2* equivalent), standard (3* equivalent) and premium (4* equivalent) hotels. We can also offer hotels with health club or spa facilities.

What’s the hotel called?
We work with many hotels and can only confirm the name of the hotel once a deposit has been paid. Early booking is highly recommended so that we can secure the best possible hotel for your group.

Is transport included in your packages?
Transport is not automatically provided. If you want to drive yourselves we will provide easy to follow directions and contact details to the activity centres and hotel. We can also arrange minibus and coach transport either for the whole weekend or just to the activities. Let us know if you need transport and we'll be happy to arrange it for you.

I’m sure I could organise my own stag / hen weekend. Why should I use you guys?
True, you could organise it yourself. However, organising a stag or hen do could cause a major headache and you might spend days trawling the internet trying to find exciting activities and nightlife options, or hotels that will take stag and hen parties (with no guarantee that any of them will be any good).

Alternatively you could let us do it all for you. Escape has been organising stag and hen weekends since 2001 and we have thousands of happy customers. We will have an itinerary worked out for you within hours and you can rest assured that you will only be booked in with quality activity providers and hotels. What happens if something goes wrong during the weekend?
We are very meticulous when it comes to confirming and reconfirming your booking details. A few days before your event we contact all of the suppliers to make sure that everything is booked correctly and that they have received payment. It rarely happens, but if something should go wrong our phones are manned until 10pm 7 days a week.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
We have £5 million Public Liability Insurance cover and we only use established suppliers who have carried risk assessments, follow health and safety procedures, employ trained or qualified instructors and also have Public Liability Insurance in place.

Do I need travel Insurance?
We recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy that covers you for cancellation and injury. We do not sell travel insurance, but you will be able to get a suitable policy online or from a travel agent.
