Brighton Hula Hooping Party

Using adult sized weighted hoops, this hen party is a perfect icebreaker as you can have chit-chat while learn how to spin the hoop around your stomach, before moving onto trickier moves using your arms and legs and then jumping in and out of the hoop. Get those hips movin ladies!

- Adult hoops are weighted and much easier to use than the cheap plastic ones you will be used to
- Wear comfortable clothing (not too loose) and flat shoes or trainers
